SUNDAY - “TITS UP TRAINING” WOMEN 45+ @9.15AM (NW5)
FRIDAY - “TITS UP TRAINING” WOMEN 45+ @9.30AM (NW3)
Come and train with like minded others to help benefit our changing bodies. A combination of HIIT and strength training exercises to promote weight loss and healthy bones. Take some dopamine, add serotonin and a couple of shots of endorphins with a pinch of Vitamin D in every session and you’ll feel on top of the world!

As a qualified and fully insured Fitness Professional I adhering to the COVID Secure government guidelines ensuring social distancing and ensure all equipment used is cleaned and sanitised before and after every session.
I never thought I’d ever be happy to train my PT clients and Group classes online, however adapt we must and wow how fantastic an experience this has proved to be. Using private ZOOM sessions my clients have been able to maintain their weekly sessions and have increased their fitness levels whilst in lockdown. I’ve taught my Group Fitness classes twice a week EVERY week without fail since March 2020 and the numbers attending are growing not to mention the number of husband and wife teams who have adopted this as their weekly fitness fix.
Since March 2020 we’ve all had to adapt and change to the new normal. One of the most positive things about our new uncertain world is that keeping active is a necessity for ALL. Getting outdoors for a daily walk is the best exercise and integral for our mental health and well being. To see the parks and open spaces busier than ever is for me a real delight. Finally others; people who would have been too busy, with no time or motivation to just go for a walk in the park are understanding the magic and benefits of getting outside in the great outdoors. There’s never been a better time to commit to get yourself fit.
